The hotel had spacious, well-decorated rooms with luxurious bathrooms. The single occupancy booking was convenient; however, the staff could be arrogant and noisy in the mornings. The hotel's location was perfect, close to Nehru Place with reliable facilities, yet the elevator could be a drawback.
